1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phfyn ("phfyn," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phfyn.net. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phfyn platform — including but not limited to its website, mobile interface, game lobby, sportsbook, live casino, and associated services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phfyn platform and close your account. Continued use of phfyn following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on phfyn, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing casino-style online gaming.
2. You must be a natural person, legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.
3. You must be physically located in, or a lawful resident of, a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is not prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a phfyn employee or affiliated third-party gaming supplier, where such affiliation creates a conflict of interest.
5. You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through your phfyn account settings or mandated by PAGCOR or another competent regulatory authority.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid email address. False registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

phfyn reserves the right to request documentary verification of your identity, age, and address at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing Know Your Customer (KYC) review. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a Philippine passport, UMID card, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address.

Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by phfyn may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on the phfyn platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same or different personal details — constitutes a violation of these Terms. phfyn employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phfyn reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bonus balances, and withhold winnings pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your phfyn account, whether or not such activities were carried out with your knowledge or consent. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. phfyn will never solicit your password through any channel.

phfyn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The account has been used for fraudulent or money-laundering activity;
• The registered details are false or materially inaccurate;
• The account holder is under 21 years of age;
• The account is being operated by an unauthorized third party;
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.

To close your phfyn account voluntarily, contact our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

phfyn accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, InstaPay, and QR Ph-compatible e-wallets. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phfyn does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency transactions at this time.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phfyn account balance in real time upon confirmation from your payment provider. phfyn does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to fund your phfyn account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within three (3) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• phfyn reserves the right to conduct additional security and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any such review.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phfyn offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which will be published alongside each offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all phfyn promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing with these Terms.
• Each eligible player may claim a specific bonus only once unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus balances will be forfeited without recourse.
• phfyn reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any amendment shall not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of the amendment.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash outside of the specified wagering process, or applied to games excluded from bonus wagering contribution, as detailed in the individual promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the phfyn platform — including slots, live dealer table games, sportsbook markets, sabong, bingo, and card games such as Teen Patti — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

phfyn uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in licensed studios, with results determined by physical game equipment under controlled conditions. Game Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within the phfyn platform and reflect long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed outcomes for individual sessions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error during gameplay, phfyn's decision regarding the affected round shall be final. phfyn shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Where a technical error results in an incorrect game outcome, phfyn reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phfyn platform. phfyn reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, with or without prior notice, and to void all associated balances and winnings:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other unauthorized technology to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sportsbook markets, or promotional mechanics;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the phfyn platform. Any bugs discovered must be reported immediately to [email protected]. Exploitation of a known bug constitutes fraud;
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or funding your phfyn account with funds obtained through illegal means;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or the terms of PAGCOR's licensing framework;
• Registering under a false identity or impersonating another person;
• Accessing the phfyn platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phfyn staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phfyn platform — including but not limited to the phfyn brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, game interfaces, software code, graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of phfyn or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phfyn platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phfyn platform without prior written consent from phfyn.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

phfyn collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy details the categories of data collected, the lawful basis for processing, your data rights under applicable Philippine privacy legislation including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the measures phfyn takes to secure your information.

By registering on phfyn, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent or exercise your data subject rights at any time by contacting phfyn's data privacy contact at [email protected].

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the phfyn platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

phfyn's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the phfyn platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their phfyn account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

phfyn does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While phfyn takes reasonable steps to ensure platform security and uptime, you acknowledge that access to the platform may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond phfyn's reasonable control.

11. Responsible Gaming

phfyn is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all of its Filipino players. Gaming is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a means of generating income, and not an activity that should interfere with your financial obligations, relationships, or mental wellbeing.

phfyn provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing time spent and net gaming balance during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the phfyn platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

12. Amendments to These Terms

phfyn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phfyn will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the phfyn platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the phfyn platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the phfyn platform and contact support to close your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phfyn platform shall first be submitted to phfyn's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team in writing.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phfyn's internal process within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as the relevant regulatory authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phfyn from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
